Ros is a director, movement director and performer. 

Directing credits include: The Shopping Show (Secret Platform), Fragile (The Cockpit), Cured (The Arches), One Million Tiny Plays About London (Royal Festival Hall), My Name Is Rachel Corrie (Scottish Tour, Citizens Theatre), Anatomize I & II (Rose Bruford), One Million Tiny Plays About Britain, (Made in Scotland Showcase, Citizens Theatre), I Heart Maths (Oran Mor), Falling Flying (The Tron), Top Girls (Trottori Theatre, Japan). 

Ros has had the privilege of developing scripts with writers such as Stef Smith, James Ley, Angela Clerkin, Madeleine Bowyer and Craig Taylor; and she has directed readings for Playwrights Studio Scotland, Old Vic: Bridge Project, Glasgay and Oran Mor. 

Movement Direction includes Dundee Rep, Citizens Theatre, Bewleys Cafe Theatre, Experience Vocal Dance, CSSD and East 15.

Ros has been a Visiting lecturer at CSSD and Rose Bruford and she is Associate Director with Sphinx Theatre.
